Food industry piping and equipment installation
We carry out the installation of process piping and production equipment for the food industry, ensuring that solutions comply with the sector’s high hygiene and quality requirements. We install stainless steel piping and production process-related equipment for transporting products and process utilities — such as water, steam, cooling and compressed air — within production lines. We provide installation services both for new production line construction and for the modification or modernisation of existing piping and equipment.
Our services include the manufacture and installation of hygienic process piping, connection of production equipment, and construction of CIP cleaning system piping. Where possible, we use orbital welding for pipe joints, which ensures consistent weld quality and meets the high hygiene requirements of the food industry.
Installation work is carried out by qualified welders in accordance with applicable quality and welding standards. Where required, we arrange non-destructive testing (NDT) and carry out the required system tests. Upon handover, project documentation is provided that includes test protocols, material certificates and documents certifying welders’ qualifications.

QUALITY
Testing and quality control
All installations undergo the required quality and safety tests before commissioning. Inspection of welds and pipe joints, tightness and pressure testing are carried out in accordance with applicable requirements.
Upon handover, project documentation is provided that includes, in addition to test protocols, material certificates and documents certifying welders’ qualifications.

Analysis and preparation
We clarify the brief and requirements together with the client and prepare a suitable solution.
Procurement of materials and equipment
We procure equipment and certified materials, and prefabricate piping in our workshop in accordance with project requirements.
Installation and welding
We install piping, structures and equipment, and carry out welding and installation work in accordance with hygiene requirements.
Inspection and handover
We carry out the required tests, hand over the system and assist with commissioning.
